Creating the rounded top for the vertical stab.
Okay, thats done as far as I can go.
Checking elevator balance.
Checking Rudder balance.
Building a jig to hold all 14 formers.
Hard to believe all this paper will be a plane.
Trial fit of formers on the jig.
Dry-fitting the tail section assembly to make sure everything fits.
Dry-fitting the rear section to make sure everything fits.
Dry-fitting the forward section to make sure everything fits.
Fir spars (crutches) installed and ready for glueing.
Dummy center wing section portion to check wing fit to saddles.
Starting to add some of the stringers to further strengthen the fuse.
Installed all fwd bracing. Added as many stringers as I dare at this time.
I know, its small but so is our boat.
Aft bracing in place.
Surprise, surprise, the hor stab fits in the opening.
Now just have to align it properly.
Holes drilled thru the 2 rear bulkheads for wires and rudder servo rod. Also to reduced weight.

Bottom of hor stabilizer sheeted. Now I can fit it more precicely.
